Waiver
Yard Tours Jamaica guarantees your safety, however we are not responsible for any hospital bills or insurance fees incurred as a result of an accident. Before your trip begins, your scheduled tours will have this specified, along with a signed liability form. We recommend that you obtain travel and/or medical insurance for the duration of your trip to Jamaica, as you would for any other destination.
Pick up / Drop Off
This includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off within Montego Bay, covering most major hotels, villas, and Airbnbs.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
- Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the said day of the excursion will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Yard Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
